While only 14% of companies in France are run by women, the Dômes Pharma Group has had 3 generations of outstanding and inspiring female managers. It’s a heritage we’re proud of, but one that imposes a responsibility on us: to help develop female leadership.
The Women of Dômes Pharma programme is an initiative designed to encourage and support female leadership within the Group. The aim is to give women the means to develop professionally and reach positions of responsibility.
This program, a source of inspiration and development, has enabled our female employees to :
• Develop their leadership and management skills
• Boost their confidence and build a solid professional network
• Seize new career opportunities and climb the career ladder
On International Women’s Rights Day, 8 March 2023, the Group officially launched its Women of Dômes Pharma programme.
We can be proud of the results of this first year of activity, with the following results for 2023:
• 14 women graduates from 16 development programmes
• 5 excellent training courses given in 5 universities around the world (Stanford, McGill, Paris Saclay, NUS Business School, Centrale Supélec) through Women Initiative Foundation programmes
• 360 hours dedicated to training
• A conference by Estelle Métayer on “Women’s leadership: meeting the challenges of the new world of work”.
Dômes Pharma’s membership of the Women Initiative Foundation means that it can benefit from high-quality inter-company and international programmes including :
• Training on key leadership topics such as communication, project management and negotiation
• One-to-one support from experienced mentors
• A network of women leaders to share experience and best practice
In 2024, 14 female employees will again be offered 6 courses at 5 prestigious universities, totalling 200 hours of training.
The Dômes Pharma Group will also be launching its in-company mentoring program to support female employees in their development and encourage them to develop their skills.
In 2019, the Group intends to create a corporate foundation dedicated to animal mediation.
