In the context of the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data and to the free circulation of such data, including the General Data Protection Regulation – RGPD – EU Regulation n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the company Dômes Pharma (a French company with its registered office at 03 rue André Citroën 63430 Pont-du-Chateau – FRANCE, registered in France under the number 382 946 879), is responsible for the personal data that you provide to it.

This privacy policy explains how Dômes Pharma (hereafter the “Company”) collects, uses and processes your personal data.

The Company is committed to protecting and preserving your privacy rights. To this end, it has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) whom you can contact directly for any questions relating to the protection of your personal data at the following address: privacy@dome-pharma.p74.dbm-dev.com.

What is personal data?

Personal data is information relating to an individual who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number (e.g. national insurance number) or to one or more elements that are specific to him or her (e.g. personal address).

What personal data can we collect on our site and for what purpose(s)?

You may voluntarily provide us with personal data about yourself by contacting us via our Contact Form.

Purposes and legal basis: This data will be processed in order to be able to contact you and to provide you with an answer to the question asked by e-mail.

Personal data is collected on the basis of your prior consent. The transmission of your e-mail address is mandatory. Compulsory personal data is marked with an asterisk.

How do we protect your personal data and who can access it?

We have put in place security measures within our Company, in particular to prevent unauthorised access to your data.

Furthermore, your personal data will only be communicated to authorised personnel of the Company and the DOMES PHARMA Group and, where applicable, to partners who necessarily need to consult and/or use them to ensure the purposes described above.

Your personal data will not be accessible and/or communicated to other companies of the DOMES PHARMA Group located outside the European Union without your authorisation.

How long do we keep your personal data?

The Company only keeps your personal data for the time necessary for the operations for which they were collected and in compliance with the regulations in force.

This being the case, if there is no significant contact with you for a maximum of TWO (2) years, we will delete your personal data, unless you exercise your deletion rights beforehand and except for information that we are required to retain to comply with applicable regulations.

What rights do you have over your personal data?

In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights in relation to your data

A right of access and information: you have the right to be informed in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible manner of how your data is processed. You also have the right to obtain (i) confirmation that data relating to you is being processed and, where appropriate (ii) access to and a copy of that data.
A right of rectification: you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you. You also have the right to complete incomplete data concerning you, by providing a supplementary declaration. If you exercise this right, we undertake to communicate any rectification to all recipients of your data.
A right to erasure: In some cases, you have the right to have your data erased. However, this is not an absolute right and we may for legal or legitimate reasons retain this data (e.g. for evidential purposes in the event of litigation).
A right to restrict processing: in certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your data.
A right to data portability: you have the right to receive the data you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, for your personal use or for transmission to a third party of your choice. This right only applies where the processing of your Data is based on your consent, on a contract or where such processing is carried out by automated means.
A right to object to processing: you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Data for processing based on our legitimate interest, a public interest mission and those for commercial prospecting purposes. This is not an absolute right and we may for legal or legitimate reasons refuse your request to object.
The right to withdraw your consent at any time: you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data where the processing is based on your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out prior to that withdrawal.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: you have the right to contact your data protection authority to complain about our personal data protection practices. In Frace this is the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés).
The right to give instructions about what to do with your data after your death: you have the right to give us instructions about the use of your Data after your death.

Proof of identity may be requested in order to exercise these rights.

A reply will be sent to you within a maximum of ONE (1) month following receipt of the request.
